Objective 

In our ongoing commitment to combat youth unemployment, Volkswagen Group Africa is excited to extend the Youth Employment Service (YES) South Africa Programme in 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join us in making a positive impact on their career journeys.

Programme Details:

• Workplace Readiness Programme: March 2025
• YES Programme Deployment: 2 June 2025
• Locations:
  • Eastern Cape: Kwalobhrhle Youth Centre, Karina
  • Gauteng: Afrika Tikkun Services Centre, Randburg

Minimum requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be black, coloured, Indian, or Asian
• Be between the ages of 18 and 34 years
• Hold a valid South African ID document
• Have at least a Grade 12 qualification
• Currently be unemployed
• Not be studying full-time
• Have not been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year
• Not have participated in the YES Programme before
• Show eagerness for a work opportunity
