The Momentum Health Learnership is a 12-month programme that allows learners to gain industry-relevant skills while working in a professional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful learners will be required to:

• Attend classroom-based training and practical workplace learning
• Participate in on-the-job training aligned with Momentum Metropolitan standards
• Learn company products, policies, systems, and procedures
• Compile and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) for SETA submission
• Complete logbooks for work-based learning
• Complete formative and summative assessments successfully
• Demonstrate competence in company systems and operational processes
• Uphold Momentum Group values and professional workplace conduct
• Pass the EISA examination

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Momentum Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
• Mathematics: Minimum 40% OR Mathematical Literacy: Minimum 60%
• English and one other South African language: Minimum 50%
• Computer literacy will be an advantage
• Must be unemployed
• Must be a South African citizen
• Aged between 18 and 30 years
• Available for the full 12-month duration
• Able to commute to the workplace independently
• Not studying at a tertiary institution (full-time or part-time)
• Must not have completed the same Learnership before
