Learnership Title: Learnership in Short Term Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured learnership program combining theoretical study and practical workplace experience.
• Gain hands-on experience in underwriting and claims processes.
• Work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector.

What We Offer:

• An opportunity to obtain a NQF5 qualification in Short Term Insurance.
• Practical experience in underwriting and claims.

Requirements:

• Age: 18-35 years old.
• Currently be unemployed
• Education: Must have passed Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40% +) as well as English First Language or First Additional Language (40% +)
• Learnership Experience: Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the past 18 months.
• Location: Must be based in Cape Town, Gqeberha or Johanesburg
