Objectives 

This programme is your first step into the world of banking. You’ll gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to help clients across Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking. Through structured learning and practical training, you’ll learn how to assist with everyday banking needs from opening accounts and retrieving statements to helping with debit order queries.

You’ll gain practical exposure to the full value chain of a Universal Banker from building strong sales and service skills, to analysing and processing information accurately. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs and provide the right financial solutions, while building lasting client relationships. You’ll also develop professional communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette, and learn how to handle inquiries efficiently to deliver consistently high standards of service.
