About the Learnership

The Momentum Client Service Administrator Learnership provides young South Africans with the opportunity to gain both theoretical training and on-the-job work experience. Learners will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Client Service Administrator Learner, your role will include:

• Taking ownership of client service processes and ensuring requests are resolved effectively.
• Providing accurate and relevant information and documentation in line with guidelines.
• Adhering to compliance and legislative requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Delivering on service level agreements (SLAs) to manage client expectations.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Momentum Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be between 18 and 25 years old (including those turning 25 in 2026).
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Have successfully completed Grade 12 / Matric with: English , Mathematics (Pure Maths or Maths Literacy) OR Accounting
• Must not be registered for another learnership or have previously participated in one.
• Applications must include a copy of your ID and Matric results – incomplete applications will not be considered.
