Vodacom has partnered with the e-waste management industry to offer this learnership opportunity to young people interested in e-waste management skills. Are you a young, unemployed individual looking to gain valuable skills and experience in the growing field of e-waste management? We are excited to announce our E-Waste Management Learnership Programme, designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to thrive in this industry.

The learnership programme offers a unique opportunity to work with an e-waste company in Gauteng, where you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry professionals. This programme aims to develop your technical and soft skills, preparing you for a successful career in e-waste management.

Learnership Title : 2025 E-Waste Management Learnership Programme

Requirements 

To be considered for this learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Between 18 and 35 years old. Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science.
• Must be from a disadvantaged background (focus will be on Quintile 1-3 schools)
• Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational programme.
• Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid ID. Residency: Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required).
• Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills (both verbal and written
