Learnership Title : 2025 New Venture Creation Learnership Programme

Are you a young, aspiring entrepreneur from Limpopo with dreams of starting your own business? The African Global Skills Academy, in partnership with the Limpopo Office of the Premier and merSETA, has just the opportunity for you. Introducing the 2025 Learnership Programme: New Venture Creation – a life-changing initiative designed to equip South African youth with the skills and knowledge to start, manage, and grow their own businesses.

What’s the Programme About?

This learnership aims to foster the growth of Small, Medium, and Micro-Enterprises (SMMEs) by developing capable and confident entrepreneurs. Upon completion of the 12-month programme, learners will receive a National Certificate: New Venture Creation (SMME) NQF Level 2 – a recognised qualification accredited by the Services SETA (SAQA ID: 49648).

Key Details:

• Start Date: 04 August 2025

• Duration: 12 months

• Province: Limpopo (Regions: Waterberg, Capricorn, Vhembe, Mopani, Sekhukhune)

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be aged between 18 and 35 years

• Be South African citizens

• Reside in Limpopo Province

• Not be enrolled in another learnership at the time of application

The Following documents must be submitted with your application

• A CV
• Certified ID Copy (dated within 6 months of application)
• Matric Certificate or Grade 10 school report (also dated within 6 months)
