About the Litsamaiso SHE Drive Learnership Programme 2026
The Litsamaiso SHE Drive Learnership Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide practical driver training and valuable workplace experience. This programme focuses on empowering female drivers and promoting gender equality within the transport and logistics industry.
Successful candidates will gain exposure to professional driving, safety protocols, and teamwork in a dynamic operational environment.
Learnership Requirements
To qualify for the SHE Drive Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be female
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Code EC driver’s licence with PrDP
- Must be able to read and understand documentation, instructions, and procedures
- Must demonstrate good work ethics
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a team
