About the Servest Security Learnership

The Servest Security Learnership is designed to help you gain valuable skills and knowledge in the security field. During the 12 months, learners will receive theoretical and practical training, allowing them to work while studying.

Successful candidates will:

• Receive a monthly stipend during the learnership period
• Gain hands-on experience in real security operations
• Work with professional teams in the Gauteng region
• Be trained in compliance with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) standards

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Servest Security Learnership 2025/2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Completed Matric / Grade 12
• Grade C PSIRA registered (a must)
• Must be unemployed
• Must be a go-getter with a strong willingness to learn
• Have excellent communication skills
• Must be interested in the security industry
• Must reside in Gauteng (Houghton, Sandton, or nearby)
• Must not be older than 26 years
