About the ArcelorMittal Learnership Programme

The ArcelorMittal Learnership Programme is a 36-month structured training programme focused on the steel manufacturing process. Successful applicants will enter into a formal Learnership Agreement with ArcelorMittal South Africa.

The programme follows an outcome-based training approach, combining both theoretical learning and practical, on-the-job experience. Learners will be continuously assessed, with regular progress monitoring to ensure competence, skills development, and readiness for industrial operations.
