As a Shop Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience while supporting the daily operations of the store.

PEP Store Shop Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for a variety of daily retail duties, including:

• Creating a positive, safe, and secure shopping environment by following company security procedures.
• Operating the cash register accurately according to company policies.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their purchases.
• Recommending additional products to customers through upselling.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the store.

Minimum Requirements

• Must live within 15 km of the store where applying.
