NOTE: Applications must be submitted on the Z83 form, obtainable from any Department of Public Service or online. The completed and signed Z83 form must be accompanied by the newly updated CV, along with certified copies of all qualifications (and letters) and ID document [driver’s license where applicable].

Non-RSA resident / permit resident owners must attach a copy of their residential permits to all of their applications. If you have a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by a South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).

Applications that do not meet the above requirements as well as applications received late will not be considered. The department does not accept applications by fax or email. Failure to submit all requested documents will result in the application not being monitored. Communication will only be limited to shortlisted items.

If you are not contacted for this ad within eight (8) weeks of the closing date, please accept that your application was unsuccessful. Candidates are subject to a check (criminal record, citizenship, credit record checks, certification and employment).

Where applicable, the selection will be tested by skills or knowledge. Candidates are appointed within a period of 12 months. The Department reserves the right not to rent (or any) used in the above material. Successful candidates will be required to sign a performance agreement.
