Salary: R3 000 Stipend

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Work for the employer as part of the learning process
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Answer and process customer calls efficiently, following company scripts and guidelines
• Assist customers with order placements, inquiries, complaints, and general support
• Provide clear and professional communication, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Accurately capture and update customer details in the system
• Follow up on customer queries and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance call handling
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Key Requirements:

• Must have Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
• Must be between 18 – 35 years of age
• Fluent in English

Selection Criteria:

• Be South African Citizen
• Applicant must be unemployed
• People living with disability are also encouraged to apply
• Ability to communicate with communities
• Willing to attend training and placement with external provider
