TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (Pty) Ltd is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership at its Lubricant Manufacturing Plant in Durban. This opportunity is ideal for youth who have completed Matric or hold an NTC4 Engineering qualification and are eager to gain hands-on experience within a world-class operations environment.

About the TotalEnergies Lubricant Manufacturing Learnership

This learnership gives unemployed youth the chance to be trained and gain practical workplace exposure at one of the leading energy companies globally. Learners will be placed at the Durban Wharfs & Causeway Road Lubricants Manufacturing Plant, where they will be exposed to real operational environments, safety procedures, production processes, and manufacturing systems.

This is a Fixed-Term Learnership for 12 Months, designed to build foundational industry experience while equipping participants with valuable technical and operational skills.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
OR

NTC4 Engineering in one of the following fields:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation
• Industrial Engineering

Added Advantage

Applicants with a TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management will have an added advantage.

Experience

No prior work experience required (This learnership is specifically for unemployed youth.)
