Woodlands Dairy is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme aimed at unemployed matriculants who are interested in building a career in dairy reception and processing. The programme includes both theoretical training and practical workplace experience.
Learnership Modules Include:
- Milk Reception
- Nature of Milk
- Food Safety
- Housekeeping
- CIP (Cleaning in Place)
- COP (Cleaning out of Place)
- Related dairy processing modules
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–29 years
- Matric certificate
- Unemployed
- No previous work experience required
