Duties and Responsibilities

As a Learner in the Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolving customer queries and complaints
• Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately
• Informing customers about account status and order issues
• Promoting Clover and Principal products
• Offering new or additional products and special promotions
• Supporting teamwork and participating in team meetings
• Assisting with daily operational and visual management tasks

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Clover Call Centre Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
• Matric completed between 2021 and 2025
• Minimum 55% average in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
• Advanced computer literacy
• Currently unemployed
• Must not have participated in a learnership before
