Anglo American invites all suitable unemployed individuals to apply for their Learnerships

Objectives

Our Three-year Artisan Learnership Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with classroom and on-the job/core training. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference. As you progress through your Artisan learnership program, we will help you discover your real capability and develop your skills as an Artisan.

The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enrol in an external Unemployed (18.2 B1) Learnership programme leading to the selected qualification as a qualified Artisan.

Minimum requirements

Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimum 40% pass)
or N2 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline Requirements
or NCV Level – 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass
